RICS Home Survey Level 1

RICS Home Survey Level 2

This is designed to provide a survey report on the condition of a property of conventional construction and materials. It will give you advice on items that require repair and issues that require further investigation. This report does not provide advice on repairs or maintenance, a valuation or an insurance reinstatement figure.

Independent valuations

We can provide valuations for a number of reasons such as for the Grant of Probate, tax planning, legal valuations for matrimonial purposes, equity valuations for shared ownership purposes and for repayment of Help to Buy loans.

This provides a general overview of the condition of a property of conventional construction and materials, which appear to be in reasonable condition and have not been subject to significant alterations. It can include an independent valuation and an insurance reinstatement cost if required
